WE ARE PRAYERFULLY SEEKING: A dedicated, passionate, and experienced Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

§ Born-again believer in Jesus Christ

§ Licensed and Ordained minister conversant in the Baptist Doctrine

§ Completion of a recognized religious training program from an accredited college, Seminary, or Divinity School

§ Preferred 5 years of pastoral and leadership experience

§ Strong biblical knowledge and application

§ Proven ability to develop vision and lead effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Provide Biblical preaching and teaching

§ Provide spiritual and visionary leadership

§ Provide vision for congregation

§ Provide administrative guidance

§ Provide effective communication

§ Prioritize discipleship, fellowship, relationships, and community service
